Dear Financial/Life Member,

A Special General Meeting (SGM) for the Beaconsfield Senior Football Club is to be held on Tuesday, 29th May 2018 at Holm Park Reserve, Beaconsfield, commencing at 7:45PM sharp.

The Football Club Senior Executive is calling for the Special General Meeting to vote on the following recommendation.

Recommendation:
The Beaconsfield Senior Football Club shall be affiliated with the newly formed AFL Greater East Football League (currently known as AFL Yarra Ranges) effective 2019.

It is important that a quorum is achieved for this meeting to vote and pass this recommendation.

As per the Beaconsfield Senior Football Club constitution, Rule 6 states that at least 10% of eligible members must be present to form a quorum for Special and General meetings.

We urge all eligible members to attend this Special General Meeting and assist the club in moving towards divisional football.
